# Reset your password

> Choose a new password if you have forgotten yours.

## Reset it

1. On the sign-in page, select **Forgot password?**
2. Enter the email address you signed up with.
3. Open the email we send and follow the link.
4. Choose a new password and save it.

The link works once. If it has expired, request a new one.

## Signed up with Google

Accounts created with **Continue with Google** do not have a chat.sh password. Sign in with Google again instead.

## No email arriving

Check your spam folder, and make sure it is the address you signed up with. Still nothing? Email [support@chat.sh](mailto:support@chat.sh).
