Invite a teammate
Add people who write and publish articles with you.
Send an invite
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Enter your teammate's email address and select Send invite.
They get an email with an Accept invite button. They sign in or sign up with that exact address to join.
Only an owner can invite people.
Pending invites
Invites you have sent are listed under Pending until they are accepted. For each one you can:
- Copy the invite link, to send it another way.
- Revoke it, so the link stops working.
An invite link lasts 7 days. To send a fresh one, invite the same address again.
What teammates can do
Members can write, edit, and publish articles and manage the help center's sources. Owners can also invite and remove people and change analytics.
Remove someone
Open Settings, then Team, and select Remove next to the person.
