Reset your password
Choose a new password if you have forgotten yours.
Reset it
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Open the email we send and follow the link.
- Choose a new password and save it.
The link works once. If it has expired, request a new one.
Signed up with Google
Accounts created with Continue with Google do not have a chat.sh password. Sign in with Google again instead.
No email arriving
Check your spam folder, and make sure it is the address you signed up with. Still nothing? Email support@chat.sh.
